The contest will start the 29/04/2024, anybody can start the contest between this date and the 17/06/2024. After the beginning of the contest every participant will have 3 weeks to compete. Results will be gave one month after the end of the last participants 3 weeks.

Introducing our Constellab constest, where creativity meets collaboration in the pursuit of scientific excellence. Whether you're an experienced scientist or an aspiring enthusiast, this contest is your chance to shine.

This contest is based on the following principles:

- Open Source: The constest is open source, an important value for us to allow the community to grow and enable innovation. The dataset used, the pipeline developed, the code implemented, ... all must be open source at the end of the contest. Explanations and results of your project must be available to everyone on our Community website at the end. (https://constellab.community/).

- Collaborative spirit: Teamwork is allowed and encouraged to create your project: combine your strengths to tackle scientific challenges.

- Unleash your creativity: Constellab is the platform to unleash your creativity and explore new frontiers. Enjoy this constest to discover our platform and to see how it can help you in your daily life!

- English documentation: all your work must be written in English to facilitate the communication with the Community.

- Good management of the laboratory's computing resources: you will have access to a Constellab lab during the contest. This lab is supplied with 16 GB RAM and 4 CPUs so your pipeline (dataset, functions used ...) must be adapted to the resources.

You can choose any life science subject and any dataset as long as it's an open source one. Pick a life science topic you want to explore in those three fields : Bioinformatics, Data science, Vizualisation.
