For biologists, biochemists, data scientists, students, project managers, organizations
Constellab™ at a glance
Upon signing in Constellab™, you access collaborative spaces. Workspaces are secure and isolated spaces designed to manage your individual, enterprise and collaborative R&D projects. They provide a fast and easy way to collaborate within and between organisations across any cloud or premises.
Several projects can be created in a single workspace. The project space allows to manage your R&D projects:
organisation, storage and sharing of project documents, publications
discussion with teammate
sharing and traceability of analyses reports
Project spaces allows to better control and manage your team knowledge and intellectual property.
Data labs are secured and high-performance computing environments dedicated to the analysis of your R&D data. You can select your best digital lab configuration (CPUs, GPUs, RAM, Disk space), collaboratively analyze several terabytes of data, create interactive visualizations, and synchronize your reports with your workspaces to share insights with your teammates.
Constellab™ is the place where biologists and data specialists can collaborate better than ever. Each data lab provides a no-code playground for all and a full coding-environment for data scientists. You can use ready-to-use analysis pipelines or develop new ones from scratch in several domains:
Data science (machine learning, deep learning, statistics)
Bioinformatics (genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, fluxomics, etc.).
Modelling (dynamical simulations, regulatory networks)
Constellab™ provides smart and powerful interactive tools to visualize your data
Benefit from reference open source libraries to visualize your data without limitation
Harness generative AI to generate custom visualization using privacy-safe prompts
We promote the sharing and reuse of software solutions, knowledge and expertise, to deliver better services that benefit our society and lower costs of innovation.
